December is a really super slow month, even for the more popular brands out there. So please do not worry too much if your sales aren't what they usually are. Also, please do not thing that your products aren't what the public want. I think many folks get really absorbed into RL during this month plus saving money for costs of doing family things, so their wallet on SL doesn't open as quickly.

The reason I say this, is that I see more than one people get down on themselves for their items not doing well. I think that you really need to factor in all these different things. What time of year is it? What is the demographic of the event I am selling to? etc. There are a bunch more things to consider, seriously.

I also want to stress this point. Usually week 2-3 into the arcade.. heck even week 2 it can still be full to get into the sim straight away... at least for me. This month, I've gotten in every single time. That says a lot for the folks whose brands are well known for an event that is well known. For niche events like ours, we see the slowdown even more.

Please do not get discouraged and know this one thing. So long as your items are put up for sale.. be it in-world or on the marketplace, you will eventually see those sales over time. The wonderful aspect about SL vs RL, is that we do not have a limited inventory to upkeep. We can sell unlimited copies of a product and over time it pays off even if the event it is currently in, does not sell well.

Please keep being creative and doing your own thing. Your product will find its way into loving hands soon enough!
