IMPORTANT NOTICE FROM .peaches.:

Hello! I hope you will all take the time to read the following:

For the last 6-7 months I have been working very hard to build my brand .peaches. In that time, I have had the amazing opportunity to sell my items in some absolutely incredible events, and I have been welcomed enthusiastically by all of you wonderful SLers—YOU make it possible for me to continue creating in Second Life. To each and every one of you who have bought one of my items, or allowed me to be in your event, or made my items look stunning in one of your blogs --- THANK YOU!

However, the rest of this is a little more difficult for me to write.

Several months into opening my store, another store named PEACHES. opened in Second Life—their logo almost identical to mine.

I can tell you, especially over the last couple of months, this has created a LOT of confusion among event owners, bloggers, other creators, and just as important, my supporters/customers in Second Life.

Since then, I have reached out to the owner of PEACHES. several times, and she has been unwilling to change the name. To avoid a statement like this, I even considered changing MY name. But, .peaches. has been something that I have been working VERY hard to brand. The store didn’t exist when I took it on, and I was very careful to be sure that no one was currently the name or anything even similar.

So, to protect my brand, I am making this statement to, instead, make it VERY clear that we are two ENTIRELY different stores. We make ENTIRELY different products, and though her logo and her name are spelled almost identically, at this point there is little else I can do.

For those that support me, I hope you will share this message with others, as a means to try to make this clarification known among the populous. And again, thank you so much for supporting me, and for giving me the opportunity to bring to you my creative brain-children, and letting my ideas come to life.
