Hey there! I'd like to have a refund for two of my accounts here on Livejournal. Since release 88, I've been having major difficulty at staring at the site without having headaches or having anything to respond to me.

These were gifts, so I understand that the money will not be returning to me as a result. I would rather discontinue my use and revert back to a Plus account than waste the money on a site I no longer have any intention of using. It's a shame you guys don't seem to really care much about part of your users, but c'est la vie.
