Please rephrase these sentences. 台灣已做到「單日突破1千萬片的產量」this part is surgical masks only, surgical masks has to be made by machines. The cotton-base masks which the inmates are making aren't included. This is very misleading. Also, your title says the children's masks are hard to get, that is not correct. As to this date, children's masks are not in shortage. If you're going to write news for audience from another language, please be accurate.
