Penny thinks Jeremie is super smart. Yeah he's all wordy and whatever, but he's got a lot of good advice when you parse through the paragraphs. Once you do that you see that he has good intentions, and cares for the well being of this motley crew. She thinks he's got a tendency to micromanage, which coupled with making sure everyone is safe, translates into worrying excessively about other's safety. He's probably stressed out a bunch, so she doesn't want to add to the stress by making him worry about her (usually fails pretty hard at that). Also he's gotta get out more! Life's not meant to be lived behind a computer screen!
