I lost a phone full of important data and images. The phone was lost when I purchased something in Zara Women of Bullring Birmingham. I asked for help from the store to check CCTV.They refused me and told me they did not have CCTV. The security asked me to go to police station. That's it. Then I went to police station and police told me to go back to Zara again and ask Zara to check CCTV first.I have to go back to Zara again. They still refused. Zara said the CCTV is for the security of the store, not for customers. It is not their job to help customers to check CCTV for their belongings. (Plurk Paste)

I am a customer of high loyalty for many years. I like it not only for their clothes, but also for the brand culture. I thought it has carings to its customers, but is has not.
