The Heavenly Seven

Seraphiel

“Don’t worry. I will always be by your side.”

He’s the origin of the myths about Seraphim and an Angel who’s good at martial arts.

He understands what Michael’s goals are and does his best to make sure they’re accomplished. However, he also believes that, so long as there’s a person who needs him, he’ll help them out, even if it isn’t related to Michael’s or God’s goals.

In that sense, it can be said that he’s an Angel who’s well balanced between his duties and his sense of what’s right to do.

He has Remiel as a student, and is doing his best to teach him martial arts.

However, he’s also the type of person to crack crude jokes, and he’s a little lacking in dignity.

“He can make anything with the materials in the refrigerator.” Is a sentence that perfectly fits him. There’s no doubt that he’s a reliable presence. Even in a pinch, he can come through extraordinary well. Even Zophiel, who doesn’t like his sense of humor and doesn’t get on with him, respects him because of this.

Incidentally, the hawk on his head seems to have its own personality, but no one has ever seen it talk. Remiel can’t help but worry about it.

Rasiel

“Remiel, why are you always like this?”

Michael’s right-hand man.

His confidence in Michael is thick, and Rasiel always respects his decision.

He has an ‘Eye of Sem’ that can judge everyone’s abilities, and his character is usually thoughtful and moderate.

He manages the wisdom and knowledge in Heaven, and he’s in charge of instructing the lower Angels in their duties.

However, in a fight, he takes up the spear-shaped weapon Baaz.

Remiel is a member of his team, but he’s always trying his patience. Occasionally, when he’s completely enraged, he’ll take his glasses off and furiously wipe them.

Remiel

“Ah, where is that guy?”

An Angel who loves Earth.

He has an I.V. full of healing water and gives it to people, no matter how full of sin they are.

He once used to be the lowest Angel, but since he knew Earth better than anyone on the team, he was eventually selected to be a member of the Heavenly Seven. He’s cheeky and has behavior issues. He understands more about Humans and the Human mind than other Angels, so he often plays an active part in unexpected situations.

He’s the student of both Rasiel and Seraphiel. Before, he’d neglect his duties and anger Rasiel, but lately, he’s been doing his job properly as Michael’s subordinate.

He seems to be affected by his previous adventures on Earth. (For details, see, “Why Are You The Messiah?!”)

Michael

“Everyone, thank you.”

A gold Angel that has a golden Aura.

Belongs to the highest rank of all the Angels and oversees everyone as an advocate for the will of God. Therefore, in many cases, his actions can be difficult for most people to understand. However, he himself is very beautiful.

He’s searching for the existence called Force, which is the key to deciphering all the unwritten laws of the world, and to help him, he releases countless Golems down to Earth in order to find him. (For details, see “Amon” and “Gideon”)

Despite being a high-ranking Angel, he has a surprising, humble side to him that causes him to treat lower-ranking Angels as his equal and open up a blog. Also, the development of infrastructure is his hobby. He loves and is obsessed by convenience stores.

His power is said to be overwhelming, and he can do things that ordinary Angels cannot. Beings in the Darkness tremble if they sense him around. Despite this though, few have actually seen him fight.

Zerachiel

“The Moon beckons the Fall.”

An Angel who has power over the Moon and controls death.

He always carries a magical stick. During the right phase of the moon, the stick generates a light blade like a sickle, which Zerachiel uses to fight against Angels that oppose God’s will, causing them to Fall.

Despite his duties, sometimes he thinks about all of his friends and colleagues that he’s forced to Fall, and he sheds tears of blood.

Gains magical powers from the strong spiritual power of the Moon.

During the Full Moon, he can use the technique of Great Purification in order to cleanse and guide a large number of souls to Heaven.

Zophiel

“Now, see what I see.”

An Angel who acts as a spy for God.

While she loves solitude, she’s incredibly considerate, always thinking about her team’s needs.

She’s a reliable presence that acts like Michael’s secretary, telling him all the latest information.

Usually, she’s rather quiet, but sometimes, a biting comment will leave her lips, surprising the other Angels.

In Heaven, she has a partner formed by shadows and shaped like a beast. When descending to Earth, it hides in the shadows and gathers all the information it can. However, this beast is very mysterious, and Zophiel calls it Camael.

She can share what she saw with others by projecting what she saw from her eyes.

Because she’s so powerful, even ordinary Humans can feel her presence. However, thanks to her abilities and skills, she’s never noticed as she tackles her duties.

Other Angels have nicknamed her the “Female Leopard” and mock her behind her back, but she doesn’t seem to care much.

Galiel

“It’ll be fine if I’m gone.”

An Angel with Free Will, who’s also one of the Remnants of Metatron.

At her core, she has a strong strength of faith and doesn’t fear any risk.

She can come down to Earth without Michael’s permission.

Because the Heavenly Seven often receives missions with a high degree of difficulty that ask for results more than following the rules, her ability to act on her own will is of great help.

Her means to go down to Earth are her revolver-like Angelic gun. The fun is called Furiel, and it’s said that it may be related to the Demon Furfur, but nobody knows the truth.

To go down to Earth, she shoots herself in the head and is reborn on Earth. However, as a consequence, she loses her memory for awhile.

Her best skill is called ‘Russian Roulette’. Because she has the greatest luck, she’s never lost at this game.
