1. What is their favorite thing about your character?
his inner strength. wash is someone that maine could see getting beat to hell and back, then stand right back up. for someone like maine, who a.) keeps getting back up, and b.) has had so many people around him NOT get back up, that's an immediate draw.

2. Least favorite?
his preoccupation with regulations. it seems to have faded away over time, or else been beaten out of him. maine finds himself both grateful for that and … kind of sad that wash's naivety seems to be gone.

3. Do they have any fears involving or regarding your character?
he wouldn't call it a fear, but he's very concerned for wash's safety. he resists the urge to just be like 'WHO HURT YOU' so he can go kill them, buuuut the urge is definitely there.

4. Are they envious of your character? What do they envy?
nothing i can think of!

5. What do they admire about your character?
his inner strength, his skill in combat, his physique, and his versatility.

6. If they could swap bodies with your character for a day, how would they spend the day?
he'd immediately try to find wash like 'THE FUCK IS THIS????' and then probably spend the day being like 'holy shit i'm so agile.' throw knives and such. refuse to pay attention to any scarring or anything.

7. If they could take one personality trait and/or physical feature from your character for themselves, what would it be?
i don't think he'd take anything. he admires things about wash, but maine is comfortable with who he is.

8. Are they keeping any secrets from your character? What are they?
not intentionally? if he's failed to share something, it's prob bc he didn't think it was worth sharing. he doesn't feel that he has anything to hide from wash. he IS keeping any more-than-platonic feelings on lock, but i don't think they're fully formed enough to qualify as a full-blown secret. they're more idle 'that would be nice' thoughts.

9. Do they trust your character? How much? What would it take to break that trust?
yes; completely; it would probably take wash literally stabbing him in the back. or front, i guess. don't stab him. 8(

10. What is their first impression vs. current impression of your character?
first impression: eager, naive, rookie. current: tired, wary, strong.

11. Do they like your character better now than when they first met?
he does, yes. he's always liked wash, but he feels like they have more in common now. he doesn't think that wash would go off about regulations anymore; instead, he thinks wash would understand why he threw the grenade.

12. What is their favorite thing to do with your character?
honestly, just hanging out with him. foraging for food, working out, sitting around shooting the shit. wash is someone that maine feels completely comfortable and relaxed around. p much anything they do together brings forth feelings of camaraderie, normalcy, and belonging.

13. In a horror movie, which role do they think your character would play?
the guy who shows up in the sequel all bitter and jaded like 'YOU KIDS HAVE NO IDEA WHAT YOU'RE UP AGAINST' and gives them survival tips … that they then ignore, but hey.

14. What animal or plant does your character remind them of?
a mountain lion or panther. some big, feral cat.

15. What is their ideal afternoon spent with your character?
probably training and then cooling down/relaxing. he just likes spending time together.

16. Would they date your character? Hook up with them?
yes and yes. he's shitty at emotions and would have to be relatively certain that any advances would be welcome.

17. Would they betray your character? Under what circumstances?
not intentionally. it would have to be caused by outside influence and manipulation. maybe him thinking that what he's doing is in wash's best interest.

18. Would they kill your character? If not, what could potentially force their hand?
no. sigma and/or another ai could force it, but short of their influence, he'd never kill wash.

19. Would they die for your character?
yes, without hesitation.

20. If they could change one thing about your character, what would it be?
he'd take away all that weariness. he misses seeing wash smile. :(

21. What do they associate with your character?
just in general? cats, knives, and partnership.
