apparently Kansas believes that "saving an officers time" is more important then saving a woman's life! It's sickening how you can repeal a law that was enacted for a very specific reason. I have lived through the horrors of domestic violence and know how grateful i was when i was able to call the police after being thrown from a vehicle while on my way home. Not only that but other horribly violent incidences. There are millions of woman ( and men ) who get abused by their partners and even killed how is saving a few dollars so the police can arrest a pot head or homeless person worth someone being shot, or beaten to death?!
