It’s defamation to their moral rights. Even more the artist is later found out a Taiwanese, from a country in threat of China invasion.
繪師免費提供圖片給Vtuber製作縮圖，是基於喜愛與信任，而Vox把明顯是白色情人節的賀圖拿來放上具有政治意涵的國旗，是對繪師著作人格權的侮辱。即使他不知道繪師是台灣人也是如此。

Flag is a political sign. Represent all Mandarin (Chinese in China) users just by a flag is impolite. Especially when Vox himself as a British, he knew how unpleasant it is to be represented bt America’s flag.
國旗具有政治意義。用他國國旗代表所有中文使用者相當無禮，況且Vox身為英國人，也對多鄰國用美國國旗代表英語發表過不贊同的意見。
Russia is attacking Ukrainie. And the whole world knows that some country, including China, is supporting Russia. And VoxAkuma put a China flag on his thumbnail at this time. Does it means Vox stands for dictatorship or the war?現在俄羅斯正在侵略烏克蘭，而全世界都知道有些國家正在幫助這場侵略，包含中國，而Vox Akuma在這個時候選擇在自己的直播放上中國的國旗。難不成他支持獨裁政權，或是支持俄羅斯發起戰爭？

It’s not only debate between Mandarin users, but a political declaration against democratic country. I hope Vox himself and Nijisanji can realize the problem IS severe and do something instead of pretending nothing happened and still earn money.
我認為這不僅僅是亞洲政治的問題，而是Vox做了一個在英語系國家都不能容忍的行為，英美兩國甚至才剛宣布要經濟制裁俄羅斯以抵制戰爭。我個人立場希望Vox可以道歉，但在他沒有發任何相關公開訊息的情況下沒什麼管道可以主動發言，在聊天室留言也只是跑題，因此我在這裡發言，希望更多人能注意到這個問題。
