We have resolved the spring 2012 EasyPass issues. We ask that you visit our office at 333 E. 8th Street in Oakland to receive a temporary bus pass. On Thursday, we ask that you visit the AC Transit Office at 1600 Franklin Street in Oakland to reactivate your spring 2012 EasyPass. You will use the AC Transit Add Value Machine (AVM) to reactivate your pass. There is signage posted in the lobby of the AC Transit Office to instruct you further. However, if you cannot access the AC Transit Office your EasyPass will automatically reactivate on the busses by Monday, February 6th. Thank you for your continued cooperation and patience!
