Iron deficiency 的表現：
Plummer-Vinson syndrome (or Paterson-Kelly syndrome)
1. Triad: (1) iron deficiency anemia; (2) atrophic glossitis, angular stomatitis; (3) dysphagia (esophageal webs)
2. associated with ↑esophageal SCC
3. Depletion of iron from the CNS may lead to the appearance of pica, in which affected individuals consume non-food stuffs such as clay or food ingredients such as flour, and periodically move their limbs during sleep. (Robbin's 8e)
