Deep substrate, preferably something cypress or coconut husk based, it needs to keep humidity high. And by deep I mean deep enough to cover the snake if it wants to burrow. A large enough water dish for the snake to submerge in. Several different shape and size hides, lots of branches and cover clutter. This can be live pothos plants or fake foliage. Warm side and hot spot should be 85/88°f, cool end 79-82. Humidity should be around 60%, fluctuations are fine from.morning to evening as long as they keep around that general %

If they think they have enough cover clutter, they should double or triple it, and then they might have enough. They don't like open air space. It makes them feel exposed and will put them off food.

I would suggest using a Che over a lamp.
