This resulted in a chargeback to Aywas, which she TOLD them was authorized and she actually has a notarized letter to Paypal, but the chargeback went through before her contestation file. This resulted in her being permabanned from Aywas. She asked me if there is anyone she can contact to get the money + any resulting fees back to Ayws properly and if it is at all possible to have her account unlocked again as she had just managed her first silver species on site. I know she attempted to contact the staff about this through the 'contact us' box you can access when not logged on, but I'm asking on her behalf to find out if there is a specific contact for issues like this, or particular person she needs to speak with?
