I am a user from Taiwan who has long supported your platform. Recently, I noticed that during account registration, “Taiwan” has been changed to “Taiwan, province of China.”

This change is extremely disappointing. Taiwan is not a province of China, but a sovereign and self-governed country. Such a designation is politically charged and deeply offensive to Taiwanese users.

As an international platform, we hope Ridibooks respects the identity of all its users. We strongly urge you to revert the label back to “Taiwan.”
