You are absolutely right about the issues with Boomers and especially lack of Social Security and other systems that were developed when the workforce numbered 4:1 but where it now numbers like 1.5:1 or less. Just as you don't think it's fair to entirely blame entitlement, I don't think it's fair to entirely blame the Boomers. There are many jobs available for people which the Boomers would have trouble filling, specifically in tech.
