Yogurt Cornbread
Mix:
1 C. flour
¾ cup cornmeal
¼ c. sugar
½ tsp backing soda
½ tsp baking powder
¾ tsp salt

Mix then add, stirring until moistened:
1 c. yogurt
1 egg
T oil

Place in a greased 9”x9” pan
Bake at 400 for 25 mins.
