About what LEAVE has done.

1. The beginning of the series controversial issue of Plurk user LEAVE20320 (who will be referred to LEAVE in the followings and her twitter ID is bass20320,) start from she received a commission to write an fan-fic article.

She told to her client that she could feedback her if the article has any problem. However, LEAVE bad-mouth her client through the anonymous function on Plurk after the client giving the comment. Soon after that, the real identity under anonymous of LEAVE was found. She was mad and started flaming to netizen.

2. LEAVE have commissioned an artist and her bad attitude (be rude and disrespectful) displeased the artist during the communication. When the artist pointed out this issue, LEAVE went anonymous again and spread out screenshots of the conversation between the artist without authorization. LEAVE try to frame and gather the netizen to blame the artist together, but she failed in the end.

3. LEAVE commissioned several artists to create SK8 fan-pictures in order to produce fan goods, however, LEAVE used those picture without authorization to make other goods that she never mentioned in the usage term between artists. In other words, LEAVE cheated artists on the usage of pictures and embezzle the pictures to produce goods.

HIRA (who translate these controversial issue into Japanese and posted onto twitter to call attention) and her friend found something wrong and asked LEAVE that if all these usage was authorized. LEAVE lied that all the artists knew and agreed with it. Besides, LEAVE threaten HIRA and HIRA’s friend that she will sue them for this rumoring.

At the same time, one of the artist stood up against it and provided the evidence that LEAVE had admitted she made other products without authorization, which discovering the truth that LEAVE was lying and trying to accuses the innocent people with the information asymmetry.

4. Of course none of these goods mentioned above could be sold. But she intended to use these infringing goods to exchange SK8 fan-pictures on LOFTER (a social website of China, which is similar to tumblr). Luckily, someone found this unauthorized behavior and stopped her immediately.

5. After that, several controversial issues about her came one after another in a very short time. Such as harassing friends who broke up with her, spreading around all the personal information of her friends into public under anonymous identify and so on.

During this period, someone privately informed a person, who had just become a new friend of LEAVE for 2 days, about what LEAVE had done. This new friend were not going to believe the unilateral information and ask LEAVE for explaining. However, LEAVE posted their private communicate through the anonymous, which caused the flaming again.

The most controversial and unforgivable thing for this issue is the attitude of LEAVE when she face the question from people she call “friends.” LEAVE went mad and attacked her “friends” once they didn’t follow her opinion.

When she face her 2 days new friend, who has encountered a great regrets in real life, she said "I don't care whatever, even if you have misca●●●age."

LEAVE’ s behavior is so cold and impolite that really makes people feel uncomfortable and disgusted.

6. Due to LEAVE violated the rules of the Facebook trading club so many times (e.g. selling infringing goods, setting unreasonable high exchange rates for second hand / foreign product ), she was kicked out of the club by the administrator.

Because of this, she pretended as a friend of herself. Use the fake identity (LEAVE’s friend) to bad-mouth with rumor and keep harassing administrator by saying something rude again. But she was be discover quickly by netizen this time.

7. At this moment, a person who just became friends with LEAVE through the Facebook trading club before, posted in anonymous and claimed that LEAVE had committed suicide and all the netizen who have accused her should take the responsibility. But there were too many contradictions between her statement.

First, it was occurred about 1 A.M. LEAVE sent the message that she didn't carry the cellphone but a LAPTOP with her. And she was walking into the sea with blades (also with her LAPTOP?), which she use to cause wounds on both ankles.At the same time, when LEAVE should be SOAKING in the sea (as what she told to her new friend), she was also active on Twitter and Plurk, clicking the like on many post.

This was so ridiculous that netizen had discovered and revealed immediately. Even though the lies have been debunked, she still tried to cover up her lies. LEAVE sent a photo which taken in the hospital one year ago to her friend and claim that she was found by police, saved from the sea and was under treatment in hospital. (In addition, this photo had been posted BY HERSELF on twitter one year ago. So the netizen could search and find LEAVE was lying AGAIN easily.)

8. After this ridiculous drama ended, LEAVE suddenly posted her suicide note on various social website. Some netizen called the police and contacted her younger sister immediately to make sure LEAVE was fine. And of course, again, nothing happened and LEAVE was safe. She just wanted to let people feel panic and guilty in order to escape from her own mistake and responsibility.

While netizen were waiting for the inform from LEAVE’s younger sister and police, LEAVE even hacked her younger sister’s Twitter account and sent negative messages to netizen, resulting in her sister needed to explain and deal with the misunderstanding caused by LEAVE.

At the last, LEAVE’s younger sister pass the message that LEAVE had promised to stay away from the internet for a while to stay calm. But it didn't take long for LEAVE to get into trouble with official LOGO issue in the following.

9. Recently, LEAVE commissions an artist to make the fan product once again.

Since LEAVE has told to the artist this product is ONLY for personal use (keep as a collection or FREE gift to friends) and requires that she hopes the product design could be similar as SK8 official products, the artist puts the official logo without questioning. And LEAVE doesn't notice this problem, either.

However, LEAVE cheats on the artist and ruins the usage term with artist again. LEAVE actually SELLS these fan products to strangers for NT$20 in the Facebook trading club. Although NT$20 is a small amount, it is still a commercial activity. For this issue, LEAVE claims that this NT$20 is for packaging material and the handling charge of the trading platform. And these additional expenses shouldn’t be afforded from her side.

LEAVE insists that it is NOT a commercial activity since she doesn't earn money from selling products. She still GIVES the goods to other people FOR FREE. (According to the Taiwan regulation, charging any kinds of additional expenses are belongs to commercial activity, no matter how much is the extra fee.)

Soon after the artist notices the logo issue, she issues an announcement and apologizes for her mistake. The artist also promises that she won't do it again. At the same time, LEAVE still insists that she doesn’t sell the product so she has no mistakes. The product is designed by the artist, and the artist is who put the logo, so it is all artist’s fault on this issue. It is unreasonable that she is blamed by everyone.

Afterwards, netizens report her unauthorized commercial activity to MUSE Company (the official agent of SK8 in Taiwan) because she refuses to communicate and refuses to remove the link of trading platform of controversial products.

LEAVE receive a message from MUSE Company, which asking her to remove the controversial products. While LEAVE negotiates and promises to MUSE Company that she won't do this kind of commercial activity in the future, she is selling goods that made by another artist’s non-commercial artwork in private club on Facebook.

(Please note that LEAVE always commissions the artists under non-commercial term, and use these non-commercial artworks in commercial way. Needless to say, she pays low remuneration to the artists while she gains money by selling these unauthorized products. This’s one of the reasons we would like to call attention to people.)

As above, it is not surprising that LEAVE is blamed again. For her own problems, LEAVE has attitude without repent and flies into a rage in the end. She threatens netizen that she will report all SK8 fan-works to MUSE Company. If she couldn’t sell the fan goods, nobody could create the SK8 fan-works as well.

LEAVE also claims that she will keep commissioning artists to produce the fan goods and report these artists to MUSE Company on violation of copyright. And it's useless to block her on social website since she has so many accounts that she could keep spying on all SK8 fan-work creators and report them as revenge.
