Do daily things at the time which I feel right.
Sometimes I think making my day with a routine gives me the power to keep going.
If I cook meals, as usual, I think my life is in the good way.
I feel my day is a little out of control if I only have snacks for dinner cause that usually means I did something else to waste my time.
Eat dinner before eight. Take a bath before ten.
Try to make time in my hand.
I hate losing the energy to face what I need to do and getting stuck in unreal worried, afraid to take the first step.
