Truthfully the BBs have very few magical defenses against possession. The strongest charms are in their masks, which the Devil's Nest removed upon capture. The rest of their gear carries minor enchantments but they're easily broken with concentration, especially in an environment where Stocke can focus and Marilyn and Jerry can't retaliate.

The first thing Stocke will realize upon possessing either Jerry or Marilyn is that they are humans through and through -- no innate magic, no secret monster parts, just people. Though most of their armor is stripped in captivity, what little they're still wearing will feel oddly oppressive, like the enchantments are more than they can reasonably handle.

If Marilyn is informed that Stocke is here to possess her, she will have Some Words for him, namely "fuck" and "off". If she is not informed, and Stocke just shows up to do his thing, she will lose her shit as soon as it becomes apparent what's going on. If Stocke asks her anything, she will refuse to cooperate or provide answers.

The strongest emotion Stocke will experience is anxiety. Greed wigs Marilyn the fuck out and she can't stand being in the same building as him. When he invades her personal space, the anxiety ramps up and she also has to actively suppress her fear and anger. She is sore in many places after her fight with the Devil's Nest crew, but her only major injury is a broken rib, which has not been taken care of and is very painful.

In contrast, Jerry is much more stoic and unresponsive when Stocke visits him. He knows exactly what's going to happen and just accepts it. His chief emotion is resignation, with some mild stubbornness and anger that're just remnants of his talk with Greed. He is missing a leg, so the physical feeling of going from a body with one to a body without might be a little jarring for Stocke. He has a new prosthetic for it (Mike stole the previous one) that he is still getting used to, and which carries the same oppressive feeling as the enchanted armor. Like Marilyn, he is sore and injured from his fight.
