ugh. the first time i hear from my mother in *literally* months and its a "why arent yoou doing your housework, your stepdad is trying sooo hard for you". he's doing the renovation work on my house because he's friends with the landlord, and all i ever get is "you should be grateful". neither me or my housemates ASKED for this renovation work to go on, and now, despite the fact that im doing my share, i get hassle so she doesnt have to single out my brother. its bullshit. I asked for help with getting hot water and a ceiling that didnt leak. i dont need a new kitchen. a new bathroom, whole new super modern decor. Stop lying, its not for me. its for the landlord to make a profit. if i didnt ask for it, why should i bow and scrape when its basically causing me to live in a building site for the past two years? UGH. rant done
