We get job to Darwin carwash in Perth. The original conditions to us was paid 12/per hour,and must do at least three months, otherwise deductible two weeks salary. The company promise informed that we will provide transport and accommodation, and a month to adjust the hourly rate.

When we arrived Darwin,since 28/04/13 start working,soon was told about we don't have time to day off , and the hourly rate will be changed to piecework, each car is 25au, the pay will share that day all work guys, and is expected to increase from the original 6 to 8 people, and as the increase in the number, but do not adjust the amount of piecework price.

The content of the contract, the salary should be payment after two weeks,but the company told us,the payment delay to a month later, and must be secured by three weeks of salary.

Interview us in Perth is winstar company,but let us external work for dmak.

Based on the above description, we worked for two weeks (28/04/13-12/05/13), in accordance with the contract should get the first salary, but now we could not get the pay, and money still mandatory detention by company.
