Multiple versions of a character are allowed provided they are different enough to be considered different characters. (This means different personalities, different histories, etc.) Straight-up duplicates are off the table.

If you are apping another version of an existing character, it is your responsibility to detail how they are different from the character already in game. Please do not assume mod familiarity with the canon.
