i saw this person's response and it struck a nerve.

aren't we supposed to be better than this? are we judge, jury and executioner now? is this how people view justice nowadays?

i know i'm not one to talk, i wished animal cruelty offenders harm; but still, there's a fine line that separates us from animals. i only wish to teach them a valuable lesson, not rob them of the chance to learn it and make up for it in the future. the people to blame for the incident are the parents. in my view, it wasn't the kid's fault he wasn't taught how to be a proper human being.

it could be just the person's figure of speech. or she could be dead serious. i don't know.

i'm not doing this to humiliate a few, i just felt compelled to express my sentiment regarding this particular issue
